    Open, wet, freshly cut raw wood, green apple, apple puree, carpenter's notes - thinner, varnish, resin; light malt-grain tones.
  • Taste
    Powerful, oily, raw wood, sharp peppery wave, varnish, resin, light caramel sweetness, mint, eucalyptus, becomes sweeter in development and gets light fruity and confectionery shades.
  • Finish
    Spicy, warming, resin, needles, lacquer, burnt caramel, lemon and grapefruit peel, ginger candied fruits, eucalyptus.
