On behalf of the Hellenic Malt Whisky Society and Whiskyforum.gr, I would like to thank you for your kind interest to support our forum and contribute in our interview section.
It is both and honor and pleasure to have You in our interviews section and we will do our best to leverage on your knowledge.

Moreover, it is really a very special moment as You are the first “whisky woman” that contributes to our forum and I really feel happy about it and I hope that all our female members will feel the same way too.

For us, this is the least we can do to say a big thank to all our female members participating to our events and contributing to our forum.

Συγχαρητήρια @mallios!  Εξαιρετική δουλειά, με ιδιαίτερα ενδιαφέρουσες και ευρηματικές ερωτήσεις.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την Mrs. Angela D’Orazio, για την προθυμία της και το χρόνο που διέθεσε! 

Πράγματι το Mackmyra, είναι ένα αποστακτήριο που ξεφεύγει πολύ από τα δεδομένα ενός τυπικού-κλασσικού αποστακτηρίου. Εκτός από τις ενδιαφέρουσες εμφιαλώσεις (τουλάχιστον όσες έχω δοκιμάσει εγώ, έχουν ένα ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα) πρόκειται και για ένα αποστακτήριο που όλες οι παραγωγικές διαδικασίες, πραγματοποιούνται στα καθ’ ύψος επίπεδά του. Σχεδιάστηκε από  αρχιτέκτονες, η αποστολή των οποίων ήταν να εμπλουτίσουν το κτίριο με έναν χαρακτήρα που συλλαμβάνει την ουσία του Mackmyra: playfulness, sensuality and qualitative production.
